1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using VeroApply, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of VeroApply
VeroApply helps users create job-specific resumes, cover letters, match analysis and related application materials using information from a verified career profile and a job description you provide.
3. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate contact details and notify us of unauthorised use.
4. Career and profile accuracy
You remain responsible for:
- the accuracy of information you supply
- reviewing generated documents before use
- ensuring statements you submit to employers remain truthful
- final submissions to employers
5. AI-generated content
Application materials are generated with AI assistance and may contain errors, omissions or phrasing you need to edit. VeroApply does not guarantee perfect accuracy.
6. No employment guarantee
VeroApply does not guarantee interviews, employment, salary outcomes or any hiring result. Employers make hiring decisions independently.
7. Credits
Credits purchase access to application generation. Under current product rules, one credit corresponds to one new application package. Credit use rules may evolve. Credits purchased during the current beta do not expire during beta unless future terms clearly change for later purchases.
8. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are displayed in USD. You authorise Stripe to charge the selected package amount.
9. Intro offer
The $0.99 USD first-application offer is limited to one successful redemption per account.
10. Launch pricing
Starter and Job Hunt launch pricing may change in the future. Existing purchased credits are not removed merely because public pricing later changes.
11. Acceptable use
You may not use VeroApply for:
- fraud or impersonation
- fabricated credentials or unlawful activities
- attacking, abusing or disrupting the service
- unauthorised access
- automated misuse that harms platform operation
12. Intellectual property
The VeroApply platform, software and branding remain owned by their operator. You retain rights to the personal information you submit. Generated materials are provided for your own job application use, subject to applicable law and third-party rights.
13. Service availability
We aim for reliable operation but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service.
14. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for abusive, fraudulent or unlawful use, or to protect the service and other users.
15. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, VeroApply is provided on an “as available” basis and we limit liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
16. Consumer rights
If you are a consumer, you may have rights under applicable consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law where it applies. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot be excluded by agreement.
17. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia (including the Australian Consumer Law where applicable), subject to any mandatory laws that apply in your place of residence. Confirm final jurisdiction with legal counsel before Live Mode.
