VeroApply (Every application tailored. Nothing invented.) is a software service that helps job applicants create tailored application materials from verified career information.

Depending on how you use the service, we may process:

• Account details such as name and email address
• Uploaded resumes and extracted resume text
• Employment history, education, skills, projects and certifications
• Job descriptions you paste or upload for generation
• Generated applications and application history
• Payment and purchase metadata (for example package, amount, status)
• Technical/log information needed for security, troubleshooting and reliability

We use personal and career information to:

• Provide account functionality and authentication
• Extract and store a structured career profile
• Generate tailored application materials
• Process purchases and manage application credits
• Maintain application history and downloads
• Secure the service, diagnose issues and improve reliability

VeroApply relies on third-party processors to operate. Current implementation categories include:

• Cloud database and file storage (Supabase)
• AI / model providers (OpenAI)
• Payment processing (Stripe)
• Hosting (Vercel)

Providers process data according to their own terms and privacy practices, and only as needed for the services they supply to VeroApply.

Card payments are processed by Stripe. VeroApply does not store complete payment card numbers. We may store purchase metadata needed for credits, receipts and support.

Resume and career profile data is used to provide the tailoring service. Generated documents are based on the information available in your profile and the job description you provide.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, including access controls and encrypted transport where supported by our providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

VeroApply is offered globally. Our providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where this occurs, processing is subject to the safeguards and contractual terms those providers apply.

We retain account, profile, application and purchase records for as long as needed to operate the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. Exact retention periods may vary by record type and legal requirements.

Where the product supports it, you may update profile information in your account. For access, correction, deletion or other privacy requests, contact siid123ck@gmail.com.

VeroApply is intended for people using the service for job applications and who are able to enter a binding agreement. It is not directed to children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do.
